I’ve always found it hard to “keep a beat” – counting breaths or moving with the rhythms of music. As I tried to keep up with the cadence in the noon Drip’t class (12/26/2022), I could sense my concentration practice kicking in, keeping my mind from wandering.
Wait! Wait! Wait! There’s more. The instructor in the 6 am COREdination class (12/27/2022) said: “I’m trying to tell you. If you breathe, this works for you. Your core is responding. If you practice breathing as you move, you’ll triple the fitness bang for your buck. I promise you. I’ve been doing this a long time in my short life.”
So, I guess “breathing is fundamental!” Concentration. Purification. Core Strengthening.
