I have emotions. I honor my emotions.

I have thoughts. I honor my thoughts.

I have names. I honor my names.

I have body sensations, but I’m not my body sensations.

I have feelings, but I’m not my feelings.

I have emotions, but I’m not my emotions.

I have thoughts, but I’m not my thoughts

I have names, but I’m not my names.

I have body sensations, but I’m more than my body sensations.

I have feelings, but I’m more than my feelings.

I have emotions, but I’m more than my emotions.

I have thoughts, but I’m more than my thoughts

Who am I? What am I?

 

I am pure Sensation. I am pure Awareness…
