Several years ago, I tried my hand at some of the recipes in this book, The Art of Raw Living Food. About a month ago, I picked the book back up.
It’s quite challenging to prepare foods using a dehydrator because the dehydration times can be several hours. The length of the dehydration times gives new meaning to “meal planning.”

Raw foods are those that are not cooked above 118 degrees. On one occasion, I steamed; on another, I baked.
